1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take agenda items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Draft Budget 2019-20: The Committee will take evidence from- John Swinney, Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills, Aileen McKechnie, Director of Advance Learning and Science, and Andrew Bruce, Deputy Director, Learning Directorate, Scottish Government. 3. Review of Evidence: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
