During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take agenda item 3 in private. The Committee will also decide whether consideration of its work programme should be taken in private at its next meeting.

2. Counsellors in School Education: The Committee will take evidence from—
Laura Meikle, Unit Head, Support and Wellbeing Unit, Scottish Government;
Nicola Dickie, Chief Officer, Children and Young People, COSLA;
Deborah Gallacher, Head of Guidance and PSE and representing, Scottish Guidance Association;
Stella Gibson, Chief Executive, and Dee Barker Creggan, Children and Young People Counsellor, The Spark;
Joanna Holmes, Children, Young People and Families Lead, British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy;
Brian Magee, Chief Executive, COSCA (Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland);
Stuart Valentine, Chief Executive, Relationships Scotland.

3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument—
Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Amendment Order of Council 2020 (SSI 2020/3)

4. Review of evidence: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier.
