1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Breakfast Briefing- witness expenses: The Committee will be invited to delegate to the Convener responsibility for arranging for the SPCB to pay, under Rule 12.4.3, any expenses of witnesses in the inquiry. 3. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises: The Committee will take evidence, in round-table format, from— James Bream, Research and Policy Director, Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce; Ann Johnson, Director, Blaze Manufacturing Solutions Ltd; Dr John Lee, Head of Policy and Public Affairs, Scottish Grocers Federation; Carolyn Currie, Chief Operating Officer, Women’s Enterprise Scotland; James Withers, Chief Executive, Scotland Food & Drink Ltd; Colin Mason, Professor Of Entrepreneurship, University of Glasgow; Susan Love, Policy Manager, Federation of Small Businesses; Alison Grieve, CEO and inventor, G-Hold; Sandy Kennedy, Chief Executive, Entrepreneurial Scotland. 4.
