1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private. 2. Fair Work: The Committee will take evidence, in round-table format, from— Jackson Cullinane, Head of Unite Scotland’s Political, Research and Campaigns Unit, Unite; Dave Watson, Head of Policy and Public Affairs, UNISON Scotland; Peter Welsh, Head of Campaigns, Communications and Policy, GMB Scotland; Anna Ritchie Allan, Project Manager, Close the Gap; Patricia Findlay, Academic Adviser, Fair Work Commission; Lynn Henderson, National Officer, Head of Scotland & Ireland Hub, PCS Scotland; Stephen Boyd, Assistant Secretary, Scottish Trades Union Congress. 3. Fair Work: The Committee will consider evidence heard at today's meeting. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 5. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2017-18: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2017-18.
