1. Declaration of interests: Fulton MacGregor will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. 3. Witness expenses: The Committee will be invited to delegate to the Convener responsibility for arranging for the SPCB to pay, under Rule 12.4.3, any expenses of witnesses in the Bank Branch Closures and European Structural and Investment Funds inquiries. 4. National Performance Framework: The Committee will take evidence from— Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Jobs and Fair Work, Gary Gillespie, Chief Economist, and Carol Tannahill, Chief Social Policy Advisor, Scottish Government. 5. National Performance Framework: The Committee will consider evidence heard at today's meeting and its response to the Local Government and Communities Committee. 6. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
