Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/37) from— Mike Dailly, Principal Solicitor, Parliamentary and Social Policy Unit, and Alan McIntosh, Project Manager, Personal Insolvency Law Unit, Govan Law Centre; David Menzies, Director of Insolvency, ICAS; and then from— Paul Wheelhouse, Minister for Business, Innovation and Energy, and Graham Fisher, Head of Branch, Legal Directorate - Constitutional & Civil Law, Scottish Government; Richard Dennis, Chief Executive, Accountant in Bankruptcy. 3.
