1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private. 2. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will take evidence as part of its pre-budget scrutiny from— Charlotte Wright, Chief Executive, Nick Kenton, Director of Finance and Corporate Services, and Carroll Buxton, Director of Regional Development, Highlands and Islands Enterprise; and then from— Steve Dunlop, Chief Executive, Iain Scott, Chief Financial Officer, and Linda Hanna, Managing Director, Strategy and Sectors, Scottish Enterprise. 3. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider evidence heard at today's meeting. 4. European Structural and Investment Funds: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Scottish Government. 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
