4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2019 [draft] from—
Richard Dennis, the Accountant in Bankruptcy and Agency Chief Executive, Alex Reid, Head of Policy Development, and Kelly Donohoe, Head of Debt Arrangement Scheme & Trust Deeds, Accountant in Bankruptcy.

5. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will take evidence as part of its pre-budget scrutiny from—
