1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5, 6 and 7 in private.

2. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny from- 
Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy and Fair Work, Richard Rollison, Interim Director of Economic Development, and Kathleen Swift, Business Manager, Scottish Government.

3. Leaving the EU without a Deal: The Committee will take evidence from- 
Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy and Fair Work, Kevin Quinlan, Director for International Trade and Investment, and Gary Gillespie, Chief Economist, Scottish Government.

4. Consumer Scotland Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Thomas Docherty, Head of Public Affairs (Nations and Regions), Which?;
Norman Kerr, Director, Energy Action Scotland;
Jonathan Lenton, Ombudsman, Ombudsman Services.

5. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at today's meeting.

6. Leaving the EU without a Deal: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at today's meeting.

7. Consumer Scotland Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at today's meeting.
