Professor Mariana Mazzucato, Director of the UCL Institute for Innovation & Public Purpose (IIPP), and Laurie Macfarlane, Head of Patient Finance at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, University College London (by video conference).

2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4, 5 and 6 in private.

3. Scottish National Investment Bank Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at today's meeting.

4. Economic Data: The Committee will consider follow up work in relation to its economic data inquiry.

5. EU Withdrawal - Related Scrutiny: The Committee will consider its response to recent correspondence from the Finance and Constitution Committee.

6. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider its approach to pre-budget scrutiny.
