Subordinate legislation: Derek Mackay (Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy and Fair Work) to move— S5M-15751—That the Economy, Energy and Fair Work Committee recommends that the Public Procurement etc. (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 [draft] be approved. S5M-15921—That the Economy, Energy and Fair Work Committee recommends that the Public Procurement etc. (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Amendment Regulations 2019 [draft] be approved. 5. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider its response to the proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposal— The UK Statistics (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 6. Construction and Scotland’s Economy: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at today's meeting. 7. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
