1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private.

2. Climate Change Plan: The Committee will take evidence from—
Morag Watson, Director of Policy, Scottish Renewables;
Sam Peacock, Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy, SSE;
Charles Wood, Head of New Energy Services and Heat, Energy UK;
and then from—
Chris Stark, Chief Executive, Committee on Climate Change;
Julian Leslie, Head of Networks and Chief Engineer, National Grid ESO;
Steven McMahon, Deputy Director, Electricity Distribution & Cross Sector Policy, Ofgem.

3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument—
The Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes (Scotland) Order 2020 (SSI 2020/409)

4. Climate Change Plan: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at today's meeting.

5. BiFab, the offshore wind sector and Scottish supply chain (in private): The Committee will consider a revised draft report.
