1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. Petroineos Grangemouth: The Committee will take evidence from— Iain Hardie, Head of Legal and External Affairs, Petroineos Manufacturing Scotland Limited; Colin Pritchard, Sustainability Director, INEOS Grangemouth; and then from— Neil Gray, Cabinet Secretary for Wellbeing Economy, Fair Work and Energy, Kenneth MacDermid, Head of Critical Energy Infrastructure and Commercial Projects, Energy Industries Division, and Susie Townend , Interim Deputy Director Energy Industries Division, Scottish Government. 3. Petroineos Grangemouth: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Post-legislative scrutiny of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (in private): The Committee will consider next steps. 5. Data Protection and Digital Information Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report. 6. Economic Activity of Public Bodies (Overseas Matters) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report. 7. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
