1. Declaration of interests: Graham Simpson will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Choice of Convener: The Committee will choose a Convener. 3. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 7 in private. 4. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Energy Performance of Buildings (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/225); National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/231). 5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Mental Health (Scotland) Act 2015 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2017 (SSI 2017/234 (C.19)); General Teaching Council for Scotland (Legal Assessor) Rules 2017 (SSI 2017/239); Act of Sederunt (Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers Rules) (Amendment) 2017 (SSI 2017/240); Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 and Summary Application Rules 1999 Amendment) (Miscellaneous) (SSI 2017/242); Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules 1996 Amendment) (No. 3) (Miscellaneous) 2017 (SSI 2017/251). 6. Gender Representation on Public Boards (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 7. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
