6. Referendums (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider further the delegated powers provisions in the Bill at Stage 1.
7. Female Genital Mutilation (Protection and Guidance) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in the Bill at Stage 1.
8. Scottish Law Commission Bills: The Committee will consider an update on the working group.
Proposed future business
At its next meeting, on 10 September 2019 the committee expects to consider subordinate legislation and delegated powers in bills.
