Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6 and 7 in private. 3. Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence from— Lady Ann Paton, Chair, Scottish Law Commission; Emeritus Professor George Gretton, Lord President Reid Professor of Law at the University of Edinburgh and former Scottish Law Commissioner; Professor Andrew Steven, Chair of Property Law at the University of Edinburgh and former Scottish Law Commissioner. 4. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Homeless Persons (Suspension of Referrals between Local Authorities) (Scotland) Order 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft) Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendment and Transitional Provision) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft) 5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Act 2022 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/274 (C.14)) Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 9 and Saving and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/275 (C.15)) Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments) 2022 (SSI 2022/277) 6. Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers in devolved areas in the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 7. Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3.
