1. Declaration of interests: Jeremy Balfour MSP will be invited to declare any relevant interests.

2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 8, 9, 10,11 and 12 in private.

3. Order under the Convention Rights (Compliance) (Scotland) Act 2001: The Committee will consider the following:
Representation of the People Act 1983 Remedial (Scotland) Order 2019 (SSI 2019/261)

4. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following instrumenthas been laid under the appropriate procedure and given the appropriatecategorisation—
Environmental Liability etc. (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/276);

5. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—

6. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
EnvironmentalLiability etc. (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/276); Plant Health(Forestry) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2019 (SSI 2019/278)

7. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Fuel Poverty (Targets, Definition and Strategy) (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/277)

8. Consumer Scotland Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

9. Period Products (Free Provision) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

10. Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

11. Referendums (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the content of a report on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

12. Order under the Convention Rights (Compliance) (Scotland) Act 2001: The Committee will consider the content of a report on the Representation of the People Act 1983 Remedial (Scotland) Order 2019 (SSI 2019/261).
