8. Travelling Funfairs (Licensing) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

9. Liability of NHS Charges (Treatment of Industrial Disease) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.
