Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/298 (C.28)). 5. Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 - Subordinate Legislation: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of a number of instruments associated with the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016.
