Damages (Investment Returns and Periodical Payments) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider further the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 7. Vulnerable Witnesses (Criminal Evidence) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider further the contents of a report to the Justice Committee. 8. Offensive Weapons Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the contents of a report to the Justice Committee. 9. Trade Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the contents of a report to the Finance and Constitution Committee.
