Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Protective Expenses Orders) 2018 (SSI 2018/348). 4. South of Scotland Enterprise Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 5. Fuel Poverty (Target, Definition and Strategy) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the contents of a report to the Local Government and Communities Committee.
