Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 and Sheriff Court Rules Amendment) (Civil Protection Measures (EU Exit)) 2022 (SSI 2022/329) Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 6) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/332 (C.19)) Tuberculosis (Scotland) Amendment Order 2022 (SSI 2022/334) 5. Scottish Child Payment (Ancillary Provision) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/326): The Committee will consider further action in relation to this instrument. 6. Legislative Consent Memorandums: The Committee will consider its approach to issues arising in relation to Legislative Consent Memorandums. 7. Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a draft report.
