2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following instrument has been laid under the appropriate procedure and given the appropriate categorisation—

3. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Ancillary Provision) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/draft)
4. Referendums (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a response from the Scottish Government on its Stage 1 report on this Bill.
5. Animals and Wildlife (Penalties, Protections and Powers) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.
6. Report on the work of the Committee: The Committee will consider a draft report outlining the work of the Committee during the parliamentary year 2018-2019.
7. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
