1. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2017 [draft]; Mental Health (Cross-border transfer: patients subject to requirements other than detention) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 [draft]; Mental Health (Cross-border transfer: patients subject to detention requirement or otherwise in hospital) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 [draft]. 2. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Loch Carron Urgent Marine Conservation Order 2017 (SSI 2017/158). 3. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Inquiries into Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths etc. (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 3, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/155 (C.13)). 4. Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.
