1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4, 5 and 6 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Disability Assistance for Working Age People (Transitional Provisions and Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft) Legal Aid and Advice and Assistance (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft) 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Social Security Chamber and Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Rules of Procedure) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/162) Food and Feed Safety (Fukushima Restrictions) (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/166) 4. Good Food Nation (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 5. Online Safety Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Online Safety Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 6. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2021 to 12 May 2022.
