Wild Animals in Travelling Circuses (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 5. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2016 to 11 May 2017.
