Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6, 7 and 8 in private. 2. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Wild Animals in Travelling Circuses (Scotland) Act 2018 (Commencement) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/149 (C.13)); Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules 1996 Amendment) (European Investigation Orders) 2018 (SSI 2018/150); Burial and Cremation (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/157 (C.15)). 5. Planning (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to its Stage 1 report. 6. Management of Offenders (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the contents of a report to the Justice Committee. 7. Housing (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 8. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2017 to 11 May 2018.
