Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Insolvency (Regulation (EU) 2015/848) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 [draft]; Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015 (Relevant Trafficking or Exploitation Offences and Relevant UK Orders) Regulations 2017 [draft]; Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2016 (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017 [draft]. 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— M90/A90 Trunk Road (Admiralty Interchange to Dalmeny) (Variable Speed Limits, Actively Managed Hard Shoulder and Bus Lane) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/129); Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/149); Academic Awards and Distinctions (University of the Highlands and Islands) (Scotland) Order of Council 2017 (SSI 2017/146). 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/140 (C.11)). 5. Air Departure Tax (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to its Stage 1 report. 6. Railway Policing (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to its Stage 1 report. 7. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
