Aggregates Tax and Devolved Taxes Administration (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 7. Criminal Justice Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence conferred on UK Ministers in the Bill. The Committee will consider a Legislative Consent Memorandum and a Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum lodged in relation to the Bill.
