High Speed Rail (Crewe - Manchester) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers and devolved areas in the High Speed Rail (Crewe - Manchester) Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 6. Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a revised draft report.
