Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— James Rust, Partner, Morton Fraser; and then from— David Wedderburn OBE, Forensic Architect, Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS); and then from— Craig Connal QC, Partner, Pinsent Masons and David Christie, Senior Lecturer, Robert Gordon University. 5. Child Poverty (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider further the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
