Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Chief Forester (Qualifications) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/92); Social Security (Ireland) (Further provision in respect of Scotland) Order 2019 (SSI 2019/93); Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Sanctions and Money-Laundering) (No.2) 2019 (SSI 2019/97). 6. Scottish National Investment Bank Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 7. Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 8. Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider a draft report on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 9. Report on instruments considered during the third quarter of the parliamentary year 2018-19: The Committee will consider a draft of its third quarterly report for the parliamentary year 2018-19.
