7. Redress for Survivors (Historical Child Abuse in Care) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

8. Defamation and Malicious Publication (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a letter from the Minister for Community Safety regarding proposed new delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 3.
