1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 7 in private. 2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following instrument has been laid under the appropriate procedure and given the appropriate categorisation— Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/84). 3. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following instrument has been given the appropriate categorisation— Cross-border Health Care (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2019 [draft]. 4. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Cross-border Health Care (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2019 [draft]. 5. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/84); Sea Fish Licensing (Foreign Vessels) (EU Exit) (Scotland) Order 2019 (SSI 2019/87); Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/88); Agriculture Market Measures (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Amendment Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/89); Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session, Sheriff Appeal Court Rules and Ordinary Cause Rules Amendment) (Taxation of Judicial Expenses) 2019 (SSI 2019/74). 6. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 and Sheriff Court Rules Amendment) (Miscellaneous) 2019 (SSI 2019/81); Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Regulation (EC) No. 44/2001) (Transitional Provisions) 2019 (SSI 2019/85). 7. Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Bill (UK Parliament legislation).
