Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Education (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/164 (C.14)); Act of Sederunt (Sheriff Court Rules Amendment) (European Small Claims Procedure and European Order for Payment Procedure) 2017 (SSI 2017/169).
