Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Articles (Scotland) Act 2022 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/176 (C.17)) 4. Charities (Regulation and Administration) (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill after Stage 2. 5. Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Electronic Trade Documents Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the supplementary legislative consent memorandum and the responses received from the Scottish Government and the UK Government on the Bill. 7. Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the themes arising from evidence heard during its scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
