Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Court of Session, Sheriff Appeal Court and Sheriff Court) (Amendment) 2018 (SSI 2018/186); Sheriff Court Fees Amendment Order 2018 (SSI 2018/194). 4. Scottish Crown Estate Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to its Stage 1 report. 5. Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.
