1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Consumer Scotland Act 2020 (Relevant Public Authorities) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/Draft) Community Care (Personal Care and Nursing Care) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/Draft) 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Non-Domestic Rate (Scotland) Order 2024 (SSI 2024/3) Non-Domestic Rates (Levying and Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/4) Sea Fish (Prohibition on Fishing) (Firth of Clyde) Order 2024 (SSI 2024/6) 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Health (Tobacco, Nicotine etc. and Care) (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 6) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/1 (C.1)) 5. Agriculture and Rural Communities (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Quarterly report: The Committee will consider a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 23 September to 7 December 2023.
