3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/17)

4. Defamation and Malicious Publication (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

5. Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the contents of a report on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.
