5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2021 (SSI 2021/39 (C. 2)); Animals and Wildlife (Penalties, Protections and Powers) (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/42 (C.3)).

6. Budget (Scotland) (No.5) Bill The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

7. Quarterly Report The Committee will consider a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 10 May 2020 to 16 September 2020.
