1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6, 7 and 8 in private.

2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following instrument has been given the appropriate categorisation—
Sea Fishing (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 (SSI 20201/draft).

3. Instruments subject to made affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Personal Protective Equipment (Temporary Arrangements) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/50).

4. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 (Supplemental Provisions) Order 2021 (SSI 2021/draft); Community Orders (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/draft); Sea Fishing (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 (SSI 20201/draft).

5. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Non-Domestic Rating (Valuation of Utilities) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2021 (SSI 2021/59); Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/60); Non-Domestic Rate (Scotland) Order 2021 (SSI 2021/63); Non-Domestic Rates (District Heating Relief and Renewable Energy Generation Relief) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/64); Non-Domestic Rates (Levying and Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/65).

6. Defamation and Malicious Publication (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

7. Heat Networks (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

8. Quarterly Report: The Committee will consider a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 17 September to 3 December 2020.
