Welfare of Dogs (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill after Stage 2. 5. Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill after Stage 2. 6. Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill after Stage 2. 7. Product Regulation and Metrology Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the responses from the Scottish Government and the UK Government on the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence conferred on UK Ministers in the Bill.
