Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a letter from the Minister for Victims and Community Safety regarding two proposed delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 3. 7. Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
