1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 7, 8 and 9 in private.

2. Consideration of the work of the Committee during the parliamentary year 2018-19: The Committee will take evidence from—
Graeme Dey, Minister for Parliamentary Business and Veterans;
Gerald Byrne, Constitution and UK Relations Division, Alison Coull, Legal Directorate, Susan Herbert, Legislation Delivery Manager, Parliament and Legislation Unit, and Brian Peddie, EU Exit Legislation Delivery Manager, Parliament and Legislation Unit, Scottish Government.

3. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following instruments have been laid under the appropriate procedure and given the appropriate categorisation—
Public Procurement etc. (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/414); Environmental Impact Assessment (Transport) (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/415)

4. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Relevant Adjustments to Common Parts (Disabled Persons) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2019/draft)

5. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Public Procurement etc. (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/414);

6. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2, Transitory and Saving Provision and Commencement No. 4 and Saving Provision) Amendment Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/406); Management of Offenders (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/413 (C.22)); Management of Offenders (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitory Provision) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/417 (C.23))

7. Period Products (Free Provision) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

8. Referendums (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

9. Consideration of the work of the Committee during the parliamentary year 2018-19: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier.
