5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2020 (SSI 2020/237 (C.18))

6. UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Continuity) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

7. Children (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

8. Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a response from the Scottish Government on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

9. Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Bill 2019-21 (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Bill 2019-21 (UK Parliament legislation).

10. Fisheries Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider a response from the Scottish Government on the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Fisheries Bill (UK Parliament legislation).
