Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules 1996 Amendment) (Labour Market Enforcement Orders) 2019 (SSI 2019/139); Act of Sederunt (Summary Applications, Statutory Applications and Appeals etc. Rules Amendment) (Labour Market Enforcement Orders) 2019 (SSI 2019/140) 5. Planning (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 6. Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's letter regarding new delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 3. 7. Work programme: The Committee will consider its response to a letter from the Convenor of the Finance and Constitution Committee.
