Planning (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 6. Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's letter regarding new delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 3. 7. Work programme: The Committee will consider its response to a letter from the Convenor of the Finance and Constitution Committee.
