Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/93 (C.6)); Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/94 (C.7)); Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 4, Transitional, Transitory and Saving Provisions) Order 2017 (SSI 2017/99 (C.8)). 6.
