Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private and consideration of evidence heard on Article 50 withdrawal negotiations in private at future meetings. 2. Article 50 Withdrawal Negotiations: The Committee will take evidence from- Michael Russell, Minister for UK negotiations on Scotland’s Place in Europe, and Ellen Leaver, European Strategy Manager, Scottish Government. 3. Article 50 withdrawal negotiations: The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
