1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. European Structural Funds: The Committee will take evidence from- Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for the Economy, Jobs and Fair Work, David Anderson, Head of European Structural Funds State Aid Division, and George Burgess, Deputy Director, Food, Drink & Trade, Scottish Government. 3. Article 50 withdrawal negotiations: EU citizens' rights: The Committee will take evidence from— Auxi Sousa, Victor Arcas, Martina Legenova, Diayna Legevova, Katarzyna Slawek, Roxi Gabriela Dumitru, Ewa Smierzynska, and Ivea Kalaja, Fife Migrants Forum. 4. European Structural Funds: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 5. Article 50 withdrawal negotiations: EU citizens' rights (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 6. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
