The EU referendum and its implications for Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Michael Russell, Minister for UK negotiations on Scotland’s Place in Europe, and Ian Mitchell, Deputy Director External Affairs, Scottish Government. 3. The EU referendum and its implications for Scotland (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme. 5. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2016 to 11 May 2017.
